Nasi Lemak Sambal Sotong
Tuesday, 11th Dec 2007 is a public holiday in Selangor (sultan's birthday). Since I have to go out to do errands, I opted for a dish that can cover 3 meals for the day. Here is my infamous Nasi Lemak Sambal Sotong.
