Tomatoes - cut into 4
- Bring water to boil in the sauce pan. Add a pinch of salt.
- Cook cauliflower for 2 -3 minutes. Drain out vegie.
- Cook brocolli in the same boiled water for 2 - 3 minutes. Drain out the vegie.
- Put together everything in the bowl except for the cheese.
- Lastly sprinkle both type of cheeses on top of the vegetable mixtures and put in microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Ready to eat.
